This Privacy Policy applies to your use of the Suarachat app and its related features. It explains how we handle your personal information, creative content, and locally stored device data.

   This includes story descriptions, project titles, character settings, style references, feedback content, profile information, profile photos, and other content you submit.

   This includes local preferences, language settings, theme settings, project history, export records, and profile photo paths, which are used to support app functionality and restore your experience the next time you use the app.

   When you use AI-powered features, we process content related to those features, including:

3. How We Use Your Information
We use the relevant information for the following purposes:

1. To generate project structure, script scenes, dialogue, and storyboard content
2. To generate storyboard images and project cover images
3. To save project history and export records
4. To support profile photo updates, settings management, and local state restoration
5. To respond to feedback you submit
6. To maintain app functionality, stability, and user experience improvements

4. Content Display and Interaction

1. The projects, dialogue, storyboards, and export records you create are mainly stored locally on your device so that you can view and continue editing them in the app.
2. Exported PNG storyboard boards may be saved to your device storage or system photo library, depending on system capabilities and permission status.
3. The current version does not provide public community posting, public profile pages, or automatic public visibility of your content to other users.

5. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information or creative content to third parties.
We may share necessary information only in the following situations:

1. To provide AI generation features, necessary input content may be sent to the relevant third-party AI service providers
2. When disclosure is required by applicable laws, legal process, judicial authorities, or necessary to protect users or public safety

6. Data Storage and Security

1. Certain project data, preference settings, export records, and profile-related information are stored locally on your device.
2. The profile photo you select may be copied and stored in the app’s local directory for future display.
3. We process and retain data only to the extent necessary to provide app functionality.
4. Although we take reasonable measures to protect your information, please understand that no method of network transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Your Rights
You may:

1. View and edit the profile information and creative content you provide in the app
2. Modify or delete locally stored project content
3. Change your profile photo, preference settings, and export settings
4. Delete locally stored related information by deleting the app or clearing local app data

8. Third-Party Services
To provide current app functionality, Suarachat may use the following third-party services:

1. APIMart
   Used for AI text generation and some image generation capabilities. Models currently used in the project include:
   a. gpt-4o-mini
   b. doubao-seedream-5-0-lite
2. SharedPreferences, local device file storage, and system photo library capabilities
   Used to save local settings, profile photo paths, project records, and exported images.

Different third-party services may have their own independent privacy policies. We recommend that you review their official privacy documentation as well.

We may update this Privacy Policy based on product changes, legal requirements, or service adjustments. Updated versions will be communicated within the app, in submission materials, or on related pages.
